Defendant Fusion Garage PTE Ltd. ("Fusion Garage") has filed a motion to remove the

2 blanket confidentiality designation from the deposition transcript of Plaintiff Interserve, Inc. dba 3 TechCrunch's ("TechCrunch") 30(b)(6) witness, Michael Arrington. After reviewing the parties' 4 submissions, Fusion Garage's motion is GRANTED. TechCrunch is ordered, by May ___, 2010, 5 to specify the confidential portions of the Arrington Deposition Transcript and to remove the 6 provisional confidentiality designation from all other portions of the Transcript. 7 This Order is without prejudice to Fusion Garage moving the Court for further de-
