2 Protective Order to shield its highly proprietary information from disclosure pending plaintiffs' 3 submission of a revised Statement of Misappropriated Business Ideas. After reviewing the 4 parties' submissions, Fusion Garage's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall serve, by May ___, 5 2010, a revised Statement of Misappropriated Business Ideas that clearly and specifically lists 6 each business idea that Plaintiffs allege Fusion Garage misappropriated.
