EXHIBIT 6 SUMMARY OF BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REGINALD TERRELL Mr. Terrell is a principal in the Terrell Law Group. He is a former associate attorney in the Law Offices of John L. Burris, 1987 through May 2003. His experience consist of conducting civil litigation through trial. He attended Saint Mary's College of California B.A. (1981) and the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall) J.D. and is a member of the Law Review (1984). Terrell was admitted to the California State Bar in February 1987 and is admitted to United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Terrell is a member of the ATLA. Since becoming a member of the State Bar of California, he has practiced in the areas of personal injury, mass tort and commercial class action litigation, representing plaintiffs in complex consumer protection and antitrust cases.
