Pursuant to Local Rule 11-5, the law firm of Audet & Partners, LLP and its attorneys William M. Audet, Adel A. Nadji, and Jonas P. Mann, hereby move this Court to Withdraw as Counsel of Record for Plaintiff Eva Hibnick and, in support thereof, would respectfully show the Court the following: Plaintiff remains represented by the law firms of Ram & Olson LLP and the Mason Law Firm LLP. Therefore, there is good cause to permit Audet & Partners' withdrawal. Based on the foregoing, Counsel respectfully requests that the Court grant leave to withdraw, effective immediately. A proposed form of order is filed herewith.
