CV-10:01022 JF (PSGx) [PROPOSED] ORDER 1 THE COURT has considered Plaintiff Zynga Inc.’s (“Zynga’s”) Motion for Attorneys’ Fees 2 (“Motion”), the supporting declaration of David K. Caplan and exhibits thereto, and all other 3 pleadings and other papers on file in this matter. 4 The Court finds that the hourly rate charged by Zynga’s attorneys in this case is reasonable. 5 The Court also finds that the hours billed by Zynga’s attorneys is reasonable in light of the various 6 motions and research that were necessitated by defendants’ (1) Jason Williams; (2) Luna Martini; 7 and (3) Wan-Wen Kuo (“Defendants”) unauthorized “Virtual Goods” selling websites and their 8 efforts to conceal their identities and locations. 9 Accordingly, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 10 Within ten (10) days of service of this Order, which service shall be deemed to have occurred 11 on date of entry of this Order, the Defendants shall pay to Zynga $22,419.00 for Zynga’s reasonable 12 attorneys’ fees incurred by Zynga in bringing this action.
