I, Eric H. Gibbs, declare as follows: 1. I am a member in good standing of the California State Bar and partner at the law firm

of Girard Gibbs LLP, Plaintiffs' counsel in Bryant, et al. v. Facebook, Inc., et al., No. 10-CV-5192PVT. I make this declaration based on my personal knowledge, and if called to testify to the contents thereof, I could and would competently do so. 2.
