Defendant Facebook, Inc.'s ("Facebook") Motion to Consolidate Cases for All Purposes and to Address Related Issues in Response to Court's November 12, 2010 and November 19, 2010 Orders ("Facebook's Motion") comes before the Court for consideration. After considering Facebook's Motion, the papers in support of the Motion, and any papers filed by Plaintiffs in connection with the Motion and/or the Court's Orders, and finding good cause has been shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Facebook's Motion is GRANTED as follows: 1. Plaint iffs shall file and serve a single consolidated amended complaint. Facebook is relieved of the obligation of filing a response to the individual
complaints currently on file in the cases, and Facebook shall instead a file a response (answer, motion to dismiss, or other response) to the consolidated amended complaint within 30 days after it is filed. 4. Discovery is stayed until a consolidated amended complaint is filed and any
motions to dismiss have been decided. 5. Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs, counsel for Facebook, and counsel for Zynga shall
meet and confer and submit a joint case management statement, including a proposed case schedule, for the Court's consideration within 30 days of the Court's order regarding consolidation.
