1. I am a member in good standing of the California State Bar and am one of the attorneys for record for Plaintiffs Jennifer Locsin and James Blackwell, the named plaintiffs in Locsin v. Google, Inc., No. 10-cv-03272-PVT. I make this declaration based on my personal knowledge, and if called to testify to the contents thereof, I could and would competently do so. 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of Plaintiff's Complaint filed in Loscin v. Google, Inc., No. 10-cv-03272-PV. 3. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of the Transfer Order entered in In Re: Google Inc. Street View Electronic Communications Litigation ("In re Google"), 5:10md-02184-JW. 4. Because counsel for the Defendant in Locsin v. Google, Inc., No. 10-cv-03272-PVT, has not yet appeared and in light of the fact there are at least thirteen related actions in In Re Google, with different counsel representing the parties in the various actions, the parties have not been able to confer regarding this filing under Civil Local Rule 7-11. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing facts are true and correct and that this declaration was executed this 26th day of August 2010, in Oakland, California.
