Conference, Standing Order for All Judges, Notice of Rule Discontinuing Service by Mail, Notice
of Assignment of Case, Declination to Proceed Before a Magistrate Judge, Consent to Proceed
Before a Magistrate Judge, Order of the Chief Judge, Welcome to the U.S. District Court, Notice of
Assignment of Case to a U.S. Magistrate Judge for Trial, Consent to Proceed Before a U.S.
Magistrate Judge, and Declination to Proceed Before a Magistrate Judge upon Abdalla Saleh.
As of September 13,2010, searches to date have revealed that Abdalla Saleh does not have a Ontario
driver's license or phone records under his name at 20 Shallmar Blvd, Toronto, in the Province of
Ontario, Canada. He also has no property record or liens registered under his name. All available
reporting services reveal no information under this name.
