FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
GREGORY A. CHANDLER,
No. C 11-1082 LHK (PR)
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On February 24, 2011, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a letter in the Eastern District of
California, which commenced this action. On March 3, 2011, the case was transferred to this
Court. On April 18, 2011, the Clerk notified Plaintiff that he had not paid the filing fee nor had
he filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). Along with the deficiency notice,
Plaintiff was provided with a new IFP application and instructions for completing it. Plaintiff
was further cautioned that his failure to either file a completed IFP application or pay the filing
fee within thirty days would result in the dismissal of this action. To date, Plaintiff has not

to Plaintiff filing a new action in which he either pays the filing fee or files a completed IFP
application. The Clerk shall enter judgment and close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
