I, RUSSELL S. WINER, do hereby declare as follows:

My name is Russell S. Winer. I previously submitted an expert report in this

I am the William Joyce Professor of Marketing and the Chair of the Marketing

Department at the Stern School of Business, New York University. I have been on the faculty of

the Stern School of Business since 2003.

I received a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an M.S. and Ph.D. in

Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

My research, teaching, and consulting work has mainly been focused on consumer

choice, marketing research methodology, marketing planning, advertising, and pricing. I have

authored over 60 papers and published in top marketing and management journals such as

Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Management Science, and Journal of
