Pursuant to the Court’s December 22 order, source code, CAD files and mockups for the accused devices will be
available for inspection at our Redwood Shores offices tomorrow, December 31 during the hours of 1 pm to 4 pm.
Please let us know by 10:00PM tonight if Apple will be coming to inspect the materials and who is coming, so we can
make arrangements for someone to meet you downstairs as the building will be locked. Thank you.
