Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung

22 Telecommunications America, LLC (collectively, “Samsung”) have moved pursuant to Civil
23 Local Rules 6-1(b) and 6-3 for an order shortening the briefing and hearing schedule for
24 Samsung’s Motion to Compel and Samsung’s Motion to Permit Samsung’s Expert Itay Sherman
25 to Review Design Materials Designated Under the Protective Order.

Having considered the arguments of the parties and the papers submitted, and good cause

27 having been shown, the Court hereby grants Samsung's Motion to Shorten Time for Briefing and
28 Hearing, and sets the hearing for both motions at December 16, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Plaintiff
