Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung

 Telecommunications America, LLC (collectively, “Samsung”) have filed Samsung’s Unopposed
 Motion for Issuance of a Request for Judicial Assistance.


Having considered the briefing and other papers submitted by Samsung and unopposed by

 Apple, for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS Samsung’s motion. The letter requesting
 international judicial assistance to obtain the testimony of Kenneth McAlpine, as filed with
 Samsung's motion, shall be sent to the High Court of England and Wales.

