On January 30, 2012, Defendants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics

2 America, Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (collectively, “Samsung”) filed a
3 Motion to Permit Samsung’s Expert Samuel Lucente to Review materials Designated Under the
4 Protective Order (Dkt No. 691).

Following subsequent discussions, the parties were able to amicably resolve their dispute

6 out of court. Therefore, Samsung respectfully submits this unopposed motion to withdraw its
7 Motion to Permit Samsung’s Expert Samuel Lucente to Review materials Designated Under the
8 Protective Order.
