From the Lead Counsel Meet and Confer Requirement or Alternatively For an Extension of the

Deadline to File Motions to Compel. (Dkt. 800.) On March 13, 2012, Apple filed its Opposition

to Samsung’s Motion. (Dkt. __.)

Having considered the papers submitted, the Court hereby orders as follows:

Michael A. Jacobs is substituted as lead trial counsel for Apple Inc. until

March 26, 2012 for purposes of satisfying the pre-discovery motion in-person lead trial counsel

meet and confer requirement;

Samsung’s Motion for Temporary Relief From the Lead Counsel Meet and Confer

Requirement is DENIED; and
3.

Both parties shall have until March 20, 2012 to file motions to compel on issues

with respect to which the lead trial counsel meet and confer requirement has been satisfied.
