UNKNOWN, 13 Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. C 12-0284 LHK (PR) ORDER OF DISMISSAL 14 15 On January 18, 2012, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a “notice to the court,” which 16 commenced this action. The same day, the Clerk notified Plaintiff that he had not paid the filing 17 fee, nor had he filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). The Clerk also notified 18 Plaintiff that he failed to submit a complaint. Along with the deficiency notices, Plaintiff was 19 provided with a new IFP application and instructions for completing it. Plaintiff was further 20 cautioned that his failure to either file a completed IFP application or pay the filing fee within 21 thirty days would result in the dismissal of this action. In addition, Plaintiff was advised that his 22 failure to file a complaint within thirty days would result in the dismissal of this action. To date, 23 Plaintiff has not paid his filing fee, filed a completed IFP application, or filed a complaint. 24 25 26 27 Accordingly, the instant action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
