I am an attorney at the law firm of Kiesel Law LLP and admitted to practice before 3 this Court. I am court-appointed interim liaison counsel for the proposed class. 4 2. Movants and plaintiffs Matthew Vickery, Perrin Davis, Brian Lentz and Cynthia 5 Quinn move this Court for an Order modifying the previous order of consolidation and 6 appointment oflead counsel. 7 3. I understand that this Court appointed David Straite to the executive committee on 8 March 12, 2005. Because his firm has an office in San Francisco, I agree that separate liaison 9 counsel is no longer required, and eliminating the position will enhance efficiency. 10 11 4. Mr. Straite and co-counsel Stephen Grygiel asked me to continue as a member of the leadership structure of this case even if the position of liaison counsel is eliminated. They 12 invited my firm to join the interim steering committee. Subject to court approval, I accept the 13 14 invitation. 5.
