NOW INTO COURT, through undersigned counsel, comes plaintiff Janet Seamon who
moves this Court for an order permitting Joseph E. Blackwell of the firm of Hymel Davis &
Petersen, L.L.C. to withdraw as counsel of record in the above-captioned matter. Counsel is
leaving the law firm of Hymel Davis & Petersen, L.L.C. to take a position with the federal
government.
Counsel for defendant, Facebook, has been contacted and has no opposition to this
