PLEASE FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that, in In re Google Inc., Case No. 14-147 (Fed.
8 Cir.), on Monday, August 25, 2014, Google Inc. and other parties filed a Reply in Support of
9 Petition for Writ of Mandamus seeking an order directing the United States District Court for the
10 Eastern District of Texas to stay that action until resolution of this action by this Court or to
