GOOGLE’S ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO FILE UNDER SEAL ITS OPPOSITION TO MOTION TO DISMISS OR TRANSFER
1
Under Civil L.R. 7-11 and 79-5, Plaintiff Google Inc. (“Google”) hereby brings this
2 administrative motion to file under seal the confidential, unredacted version of Google Inc.’s
3 Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or Transfer. This document discusses and refers to
4 material that Defendants have designated as confidential. As required by Civil L.R. 79-5, Google
5 accordingly requests that the Court order the document filed under seal, and expects that
6 Defendants will comply with L.R. 79-5(e) by filing an appropriate declaration with the Court for
7 the confidential portions. As required by L.R. 79-5, Google has electronically filed and served on
8 all parties to this action an unredacted version of this document.
9
As required by Civil L.R. 7-11, Google’s counsel met and conferred with Defendants’
10 counsel regarding this motion. Defendants do not oppose Google’s filing this motion, and will
11 review the filed papers and respond appropriately under Civil L.R. 79-5(e).
