Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Stay or, In The Alternative, to Transfer to The
Northern District of California (the “Motion”). Upon consideration of the Motion, the relief
requested therein, and the relevant facts, evidence, and arguments of the parties, the Court finds
that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. This case is hereby stayed pending
resolution of Google Inc. v. Rockstar Consortium US LP, No. 13-5833 (N.D. Cal.).
