ZTE (USA) INC.’S MOTION TO STAY OR, ALTERNATIVELY,
TO TRANSFER TO THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
Before the Court is ZTE (USA) Inc.’s Motion to Stay or, Alternatively, to Transfer to the
Northern District of California (the “Motion”). Upon consideration of the Motion, the relief
requested therein, and the relevant facts, evidence, and arguments of the parties, the Court finds
that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. It is therefore:
ORDERED that this case is hereby stayed pending resolution of Google Inc. v. Rockstar
Consortium US LP, No. 13-5833 (N.D. Cal.).
[In the alternative:
ORDERED that this case is transferred to the Northern District of California.]
