On July 27, 2015, Defendant Facebook, Inc. filed an administrative motion to file under seal a

document in connection with its opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Withdraw Plaintiff David

3

Shadpour Without Prejudice. Defendant Facebook, Inc. also submitted a declaration in support of

4

that administrative motion on July 27, 2015. The Court finds that Defendant Facebook, Inc.’s sealing

5

request is narrowly tailored and justified. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff David

6

Shadpour’s Corrected Objections and Responses to Facebook’s First Set of Interrogatories may be

7

filed under seal.
