certification and early summary judgment deadlines set forth in the Court’s scheduling order

entered on March 12, 2015 (Dkt. No. 62) by 90 days, the Court, having considered the

submissions by the parties and arguments of counsel, and for good cause appearing, hereby orders
19
that:

The Court’s scheduling order entered on March 12, 2015 (Dkt. No. 62), is modified as
21
follows: The summary judgment motion and class certification motion shall be filed by January
22
20, 2016; oppositions shall be filed by March 23, 2016; replies shall be filed by April 20, 2016,

with a hearing to be noticed for May 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
