Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ renewed motion to continue by approximately 60 days

the current the class certification and early summary judgment deadlines set forth in the Court’s

scheduling order entered on September 24, 2015 (Dkt. 117), the Court, having considered the

17

submissions by the parties and arguments of counsel, and for good cause appearing, hereby

18

orders:

The summary judgment motion and class certification motion shall be filed by January

20

20, 2016; oppositions shall be filed by March 23, 2016; replies shall be filed by April 20, 2016,

21

with a hearing to be noticed for May 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
