HATTON, Warden, et al., 13 Defendants. 14 15 16 On January 26, 2018, Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed a pro se civil rights complaint 17 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On the same day, the Clerk sent Plaintiff a notice that he 18 had not signed his complaint as required by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 19 (Docket No. 3.) Plaintiff was advised that he needed to file a signed complaint on the 20 proper form within twenty-eight days or the case would be dismissed. (Id.) The deadline 21 has passed and Plaintiff has not filed the required document and has had no further 22 communication with the Court. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED without 23 prejudice.
