IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO Civil Action No. 1:09-CV-00636-REB-KLM VIDEO PROFESSOR, INC. Plaintiff, v. AMAZON.COM, INC. Defendant. ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL CIVIL RULE 54.3 THIS MATTER came before the Court on Defendant Amazon.com, Inc.' s (" mazon'" Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with Local Civil Rule A s) 54.3. Amazon intends to file a motion to declare this case exceptional and award to Amazon its reasonable attorney fees under 15 U.S.C. § 1117. Because Amazon' claim s for reasonable attorney fees is contingent on the Court' finding that the case is s exceptional under 15 U.S.C. § 1117, Amazon requests, in the interest of judicial economy, to be granted leave to submit affidavits and other supporting documentation for its attorney fees, as provided by Local Civil Rule 54.3, within 14 days of the date of the Court' ruling on Amazon' motion to declare this case exceptional. s s The Court finds that Amazon' motion is supported by good cause and is in the s interests of judicial economy. Now, therefore, it is hereby: ORDERED that Amazon' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Comply s with Local Civil Rule 54.3 is granted.
