Due to Plaintiff's status as an incarcerated individual, IT IS FURT HER ORDERED that the United States Marshal shall serve the subpoena attached to this Order, along with a copy of this Order. It is Further Ordered sua sponte, that the Discovery deadline is extended to 12/23/2013 and that the Dispositive motions deadline is extended to January 22, 2014, by Magistrate Judge Kristen L.
