Western District of Texas, Austin Division, entered an order appointing Thomas L. Taylor III as
receiver in the above-referenced case. Property, assets, and/or records that are part of the
Receivership Estates (as defined in the Order Appointing Receiver) are located within the
District of Colorado.
Enclosed please find a Notice of Filing in regard to the Receivership Action and,
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 754, copies of (1) the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Original
