I write to bring to your attention the Federal Circuit's precedential decision in Centillion
Data Systems, LLC v. Qwest Communications International, Inc., 2010-1110, -1131 (Fed. CiT.
Jan. 20, 2011) (attached hereto as Exhibit A). The Centillion decision pertains to the legal issues
raised by Facebook's Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law No.1 (D.I. 628; 632).
Facebook would be happy to provide additional briefing on Centillion and how it relates
to the pending motion should the Court determine that it would be helpful.
