ERRATA TO DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF GOOGLE’S
MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF INVALIDITY
As part of its Motion for Summary Judgment of Invalidity, and in particular as to
obviousness, Google cited prior art from PUM’s non-infringement expert Dr. Michael Pazzani. (D.I.
418 at 15-16, 18-19). The Declaration in Support of Google’s Motion for Summary Judgment of
Invalidity (D.I. 419) attached excerpts of the Pazzani deposition testimony in which Dr. Pazzani
described his prior art. (See D.I. 419 at Ex. I). In preparation for the May 8, 2013 Summary
Judgment Hearing, Google discovered this Declaration inadvertently did not attach Dr. Pazzani’s
prior art articles that he was discussing and that were marked as Exhibits to Dr. Pazzani’s deposition.
Through this Errata, Google respectfully brings these articles before the Court. The articles are
attached as Exhibits 1 and 2 to the Declaration of Joshua L. Sohn, filed concurrently herewith.
