The Court has not yet ruled on that motion, but because of the serious illness of undersigned counsel's father and certain logistical issues in communicating with persons in Afghanistan, petitioner hereby seeks to amend the briefing schedule proposed in his previous motion. Specifically, petitioner proposes to extend, by two business days, each party's due date. Respondents do not oppose this amendment to the proposed briefing schedule. Accordingly, petitioner respectfully requests that the Court enter a scheduling order directing that the relevant filings be submitted as follows:
