Lurito, 1491 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 300, McLean, Virginia 2210, may testify on Mr. Gross' behalf as an expert economist for economic damages purposes. Dr. Lurito will be out of town and unavailable for two weeks starting on August 11, 2007, and for three weeks starting on September 23, 2007. As agreed with counsel for Defendant, due to a dispute over Defendant's production of data, which is the subject of Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery, no report is submitted with this filing.
