This matter having come before the Court upon the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel ("Motion") submitted by the Akerman Senterfitt Law Firm ("Firm"). The Court having reviewed the Motion and other relevant information, it is on this ____ day of April, 2009, hereby ORDERED that the Firm be and hereby is granted leave to withdraw as counsel in this case; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that Michael L. Fayad, Esq., Jonathan Goodman, Esq., and the Akerman Senterfitt Law Firm are hereby relieved of further responsibility to represent AdSurfDaily, Inc., Bowdoin/Harris Enterprises, Inc. and Thomas A. Bowdoin, Jr. in this case; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that counsel and Parties in this case shall serve copies of such pleadings, motions, orders, correspondence and other documents, as may be necessary, upon Thomas A.
