ORDER Following consideration of the Claimants' Stipulated Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Order to Show Cause, the Court HEREBY GRANTS the Claimant's motion and DECLARES that the claimants shall show cause no later than Monday September 21, 2009 why the court should not deny all pending motions and order the civil forfeiture matter to proceed based on the release of claims and consent to forfeiture.
