MOTION FOR EXPEDITED CONSIDERATION AND TO SHORTEN TIME TO RESPOND On November 26, 2008, Petitioner filed a motion for leave to take certain discovery, and requested that the discovery be provided on an expedited basis, for reasons explained in the motion. See Docket Entry No. 158 (in 050023). For those same reasons, Petitioner requests that Respondents be directed to respond to the motion for leave to take discovery by Friday, December 5, 2008.
