PROPOSED ORDER
Upon consideration of the petitioner's Motion for Direct Contact with Client and the response thereto, it is hereby: ORDERED that if Guantánamo Bay guard personnel believe that petitioner has refused to 1
meet with counsel during their visit to Guantánamo Bay the week of January 19, 2009, counsel's Arabic speaking interpreter shall be permitted to go back and speak to petitioner directly at his cell or some other location in the camp in which petitioner is detained; and ORDERED that if Guantánamo Bay guard personnel believe that petitioner is still refusing to meet with counsel after the interpreter speaks with him, counsel shall be permitted to go back and speak to petitioner directly at his cell or some other location in the camp in which petitioner is detained.
