PROPOSED ORDER Upon consideration of petitioner's Response to Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Motion for Judgment on Return, it is hereby ordered that: (1) the Court shall entertain no further motions for extension of the deadline for filing of the government's opposition to Petitioner's Motion for Judgment on Return, which is now set for March 9, 2009; and (2) the deadline for filing of Petitioner's reply to this opposition and Petitioner's reply to the government's opposition to Petitioner's Motion for Additional Discovery shall be March 18, 2009.
