Having reviewed the Request to Extend the Deadline For Filing Petitioner's Traverse and Request For A Stay of Further Proceedings by Petitioner Kahlid Saad Mohammed and for good cause shown, Petitioner's Motion is hereby granted. This matter is stayed until further Order of this Court. Further, the deadline for filing Petitioner's Traverse is extended to a date to be set in the event the stay in this matter is lifted by Order of this Court. While this matter is stayed, the Government's discovery obligations under the Amended Case Management Order are suspended.
