[PROPOSED] ORDER REGARDING LOCAL RULE 7(m) PROCEDURE

Upon consideration of Respondents' request leave to pursue a modified procedure with respect to Local Rule 7(m), it is this ____ day of May, 2009 hereby ORDERED that Respondents' Counsel shall meet and confer with Petitioners' counsel, pursuant to Local Rule 7(m), regarding Respondents' Motion for Reconsideration of Orders Regarding Discovery from the Guantanamo Review Task Force and Motion for Consolidated Order Regarding Task Force Discovery, and notify the Court as to the results no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2009; and it is further ORDERED that, in the meantime, Petitioners' time to respond to Respondents' motion be tolled.
