[PROPOSED] ORDER This case is before the Court on Respondents' motion for an enlargement of time to file their opposition to the Motion by Press Intervenors for an Order To Show Cause Why the Government Should Not Be Held in Contempt (Dkt. No. 1868). The Court having considered Respondents' motion and the press intervenors' response thereto,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Respondents' motion for an enlargement of time to respond to the press

intervenors' motion is hereby GRANTED. 2. Respondents shall have until November 17, 2009, to file their opposition

to the press intervenors' motion for an order to show cause.
