No. 1868). The Court having considered Respondents' motion,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Respondents' motion for a one-day enlargement of time to respond to the

press intervenors' motion is hereby GRANTED. 2. Respondents shall have until November 18, 2009, to file their opposition

to the press intervenors' motion for an order to show cause.
