[PROPOSED] ORDER This case is before the Court on the Motion by Press Intervenors for an Order To Show Cause Why the Government Should Not Be Held in Contempt (Dkt. No. 1868). The Court having considered the parties' respective submissions in support of and in opposition to the press intervenors' motion,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The press intervenors' motion for an order requiring the Government to show cause why it should not be held in contempt for failing to comply with the Court's Order of June 1, 2009 (Dkt. No. 1781), is hereby DENIED
