Obama, No. 055487 (D.C. Cir.), at its Conference of March 19, 2010, Mr. Belbacha will file his reply to Respondents' Opposition (Doc. 172) to his Emergency Motion (Doc. 168) and Respondents will file their supplemental memorandum simultaneously, on a date not before Wednesday, March 24, 2010, and not after Friday, March 26, 2010, as the parties may agree. It is further ORDERED, that, if Respondents elect not to file a supplemental memorandum, Mr. Belbacha will file his reply by Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
