ORDER Pending before the Court is the government's Motion For Partial And Temporary Relief From The Court's July 11, 2008 Scheduling Order. For the reasons given in the Memor andum Opinion filed herewith, the Court ORDERS that the motion is granted. Accordingly, the Court further ORDERS that the government shall file factual returns and motions to amend factual r eturns at a rate of at least 50 per month, with the first 50 factual returns and motions to

amend factual returns due by September 30, 2008. The Court further ORDERS that, pending further order of the Court, the government need not file factual returns or motions to amend factual returns at this time for petitioners approved for tr ansfer or release from the United States Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
