No. 08-442 (TFH) Civil Action Nos. 08-1085, 08-1207 IN RE: GUANTANAMO BAY DETAINEE LITIGATION ORDER Upon consideration of the Scott L. Fenstermaker's "Motion to File a Consolidated Reply and to Expand the Local Rule 7(e) Page Limit," and the opposition thereto, the Court ORDERS that the motion to file a consolidated reply to the filings styled as "Respondents' Response to `Petitioner's Response to the October 3, 2008 Order to Show Cause and Motion for Miscellaneous Relief,'" "Response to `Petitioner's Response to the October 3, 2008 Order to Show Cause and Motion for Miscellaneous Relief,'" and "Response [sic] the Court's October 27, 2008 Order to Show Cause," is GRANTED. The consolidated reply must be filed no later than five days after the movant is served with a copy of the Federal Defender's response to the Court's October 27, 2008 order to show cause. Additionally, the Court ORDERS that the motion to expand the Local Rule 7(e) page limit for reply memoranda from twenty-five pages to forty pages for the limited purpose of filing a consolidated reply is GRANTED. Additionally, the Court ORDERS that the movant's request for an order directing the Federal Defender to serve all documents filed in this case before they are cleared for entry on the public docket following classification review is DENIED. -1- Date: ________________________________ Thomas F.
