STIPULATION AND ORDER The parties, by their undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree as follows: 1. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2 and the Court's ruling on Defendants'

Motion for Protective Order (D.E. # 13) (the "Motion"), the time for Defendants to respond to Plaintiffs' Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents is extended to ten business days after the Court's ruling on the Motion. 2. No later than October 20, 2008, Defendants shall produce to Plaintiffs a copy of

the complete administrative records for each of the three Plaintiffs. 3. Defendants shall forthwith withdraw their Motion to Stay Discovery (D.E. # 15).
