In accordance with the foregoing Memorandum and for the reasons stated therein, it is this 22 nd day of October, 2008, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland ORDERED: 1) That Defendants' Motion to Strike Plaintiffs' Jury Demand and Motion for a Protective Order, Paper No. 13, is GRANTED; 2) That Plaintiffs' jury demand is hereby stricken; 3) That discovery in this matter is limited to an exchange by the parties of the administrative record in accordance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq.; 4) That Plaintiffs' interrogatories, requests for production of documents, subpoenas and notices of depositions are hereby rendered null and void; and 5) That the Clerk of the Court shall transmit copies of the accompanying Memorandum and this Order to all counsel of record. /s/ William M.
