[PROPOSED] ORDER UPON CONSIDERATION of both Defendant Securities and Exchange Commission's Motion for Leave to File a Supplemental Status Report Regarding Plaintiff's Proposal to Pay for Search and Application of Exemption 7(A) to Documents Relating to Ongoing Enforcement Action as well as Plaintiff Mark Cuban's opposition to the SEC's motion, it is hereby: ORDERED that Defendant's motion is DENIED.

In the alternative, the Court, having granted Defendant's motion, hereby ORDERS that Plaintiff may file a response to Defendant's supplemental status report within one business day of the entry of this Order.
